This Privacy Policy explains how GO PRACHI LABS (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Farmer Kit (package name farmerkit.tractor.harvester) (the “App”). Your privacy matters to us. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
With your permission, the App accesses your device's GPS and network-based location to provide its core features: measuring field area by walking a boundary or placing points on a map (Area Calculator), measuring distances and routes (Distance Measure), showing your farm's address and coordinates on the home screen, auto-filling the district and state when you add a field, and fetching local weather conditions and farm advisories. If you turn on Walk Mode in the Area Calculator, the App uses location in the background — shown by an ongoing notification while it is active — to record boundary points as you walk, even if the screen is off. This background use only happens while Walk Mode is turned on, and you can stop it at any time. Location is processed on your device and is not stored on our own servers; it may be sent to the third-party services listed in Section 3 (for example, to look up an address from coordinates, or to retrieve weather conditions).
If you choose to attach a photo to a field diary entry, a piece of work, or your profile picture, the App accesses the photo you select from your device's gallery. Photos are stored in the App's private storage on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
Fields, crop and cultivation records, tractor and harvester bookings, customers, jobs, payments, fuel and maintenance logs, money-book entries, and diary notes that you enter in the App are saved in a local database on your device. This information is not transmitted to us or to any server — the App works fully offline. If you use the App's backup/export feature, the exported file is saved to a location you choose on your own device (or a cloud folder you pick, such as Google Drive) — we do not receive a copy.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. See Section 4 for your ad choices.
The App may show local reminder notifications (for example, about scheduled farm work) generated entirely on your device. These do not involve sending your information anywhere.
If you email us (for support or feedback), we receive the email address and message content you send, and use it only to respond to you.

We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers listed in Section 2 so they can perform their functions (for example, showing maps, looking up an address, or showing ads), and where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or us.
Farm records, settings, and photos created by the App stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. Data handled by the third-party services in Section 2 is retained according to their respective policies. Uninstalling the App removes the data it stored on your device.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no app, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can exercise device-level controls at any time by revoking the App's location or notification permissions in your device settings, deleting records inside the App, and resetting or opting out of your advertising ID. The App and the third-party services it uses may process information in countries other than your own, where data-protection laws may differ. By using the App you consent to such processing consistent with this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, so please review it periodically. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
